January 6, 2025 Live Kickoff Call!✨
Thank you to everyone who was able to join Live call! I deeply apologize to those who couldn't make it — I recorded the Zoom call and scheduled the download but somehow it deleted in the middle of downloading. 😭 If we need a redo call, I'm happy to do that! Feel free to request it below.
In the meantime, to summarize our conversation: This course is designed to provided very simple and manageable yet impactful habits that you can use with ease during the course and beyond. Simple habits that are done effortlessly (by YOU!) stick as daily lifestyle habits that lead to physical and mental well-being — being more present, grounded, calm, focused, clear, and joyful.
The goal for the morning habits is to stack each habit: For example, practice day 1 today, days 1 and 2 tomorrow, days 1, 2, and 3 on day three, etc. By the end of the 7 days you'll have a 5-minute morning routine that will help to keep you grounded, focused, calm, and present as you consistently practice it.
Remember, subtle and simple healthy habits can be incredibly impactful, especially when done consistently. Consistency is key. That said, if one day you're unable to practice one or two of the habits, it's absolutely okay. Be gentle on yourself, tomorrow is a new day!
I encourage you to set an intention as you start this course: What do you want to get out of it or how do you want to feel at the end of the 21 days? As you move through each day, practice each habit with that intention in mind.
We will meet Live once again at the end of the course. I'll send a notification out during the third week about those details.
Feel free to share any experiences or questions in the group!
Enjoy the course and practicing your daily habits!✨
Sorry I missed it! For me, my intention that I hope to carry through 2025 (and beyond) is consistency. I’ve made a lot of excuses the last few years and stopped taking care of myself in ways that I should. I’ve been working the last few weeks to re-center and focus on better habits. As you noted, consistency is key!
