I'm Nichole, a registered dietitian nutritionist, author, yoga instructor, and recipe creator who specializes in plant-based eating for the body and mind with a focus on food for mood, sleep, and hormonal balance. I especially love helping women implement lifestyle habits that help them feel and function at their very best. I am also extremely passionate about plant-based eating for the sustainability of the planet. I'm a big believer that every time you add plants to your plate can make a big impact on your health and the health of the planet.
