I'm Nichole Dandrea-Russert, registered dietitian nutritionist and author of The Fiber Effect. My goal for you is to make plant-based eating fun, simple and delicious so that you can take the guesswork out of what to eat, prepare meals with ease and feel at peace knowing you're giving your body exactly what it needs to thrive and feel your best.
