Personal Nutrition Coaching

Individualized nutrition coaching based on your goals and current eating habits. We will work together to develop a plan to meet your individual goals and for optimal health. Includes current diet analysis and recommendations to optimize your nutrition.

Cooking Demo

Want to learn how to cook delicious, satisfying and nourishing plant-based dishes? Online or in-person cooking demos can be organized to help you master your plant-based culinary skills.

Diet Analysis

What you do: record your diet for three days (including drinks, condiments, even mints!). What I do: analyze your diet including key nutrients including calcium, B12, zinc, iron and vitamin D see if there are any deficiencies and provide the results via email.

Health and Nutrition Talk

Are you a part of a community that is interested in plant-based or plant-forward eating? Perhaps it's your church, book club, or best friend group. Book a plant-based nutrition talk for your group!

Vegan Food Tour

Interested in learning how to incorporate more vegan products into your diet but unsure where to start? In this 90 minute grocery food tour you'll learn about plant-based cheese, tofu, tempeh, fermented foods, and plant-based milk — what to look for on food labels and how to use these products.

Kitchen Makeover

Let's do a kitchen makeover! We'll go through your cabinets, refrigerator and freezer and ditch the food that's not serving your health. We'll then create a grocery list that will include power-packed foods that will energize and nourish you based on your likes and preferences.
