Service Description

Let's do a kitchen makeover! We'll go through your cabinets, refrigerator and freezer and get rid of the food that's not serving your health. We'll then create a grocery list that will include nutrient-dense power-packed foods that will energize and nourish you based on your likes and preferences. Expect our clean out fun to last 90-120 minutes.
