I absolutely love today’s step about meditating. The music was beautiful and helpful. I appreciate you dispelling the myth that meditation has to be 30 minutes in a lotus position. Starting slowly, not judging when a thought comes up and just letting it float away was huge. Cannot wait to continue this and to experience this beautiful sense of calm.
