2-hour workshop:
the invitation
to pause, notice & explore
We Are Coming
a dark chocolate sensory experience
to awaken curiosity &
deepen connection
begin the year with curiosity,
not expectations.

Saturday, January 23, 2027 | 1–3 PM
Full Circle Studio | Atlanta, Georgia
Inman Park | Old Fourth Ward
What if the new year began with curiosity instead of expectations?
We spend so much of our time doing, planning, striving, and thinking about what's next.
But what happens when we give ourselves permission to pause?
To notice what's happening within and around us.
To explore familiar experiences with fresh curiosity.
The Invitation is a two-hour sensory journey designed to create space for just that.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, meditation, tea, and a guided dark chocolate tasting, we'll explore what it feels like to slow down, engage our senses, and connect with the present moment.
There's no right or wrong way to experience it. Nothing to achieve. No particular feeling to chase.
Just an invitation to get curious and see what unfolds.
PAUSE
Pause
creates
space.
Space to step away from the constant doing, planning,
and striving.
NOTICE
Notice invites awareness without judgment.
An opportunity to tune into your senses, surroundings, thoughts, and feelings.
EXPLORE
Explore encourages curiosity without expectations.
An invitation to experience the familiar in new ways and see what unfolds.
What You'll Experience
Our time together will weave together moments of stillness, movement, sensory exploration, and reflection in the beautiful Full Circle Studio in Inman Park | Old Fourth Ward. Atlanta, Georgia
-
Grounding Meditation: Arrive in the present moment and create space to simply be.
-
Mindful Breath & Movement: Explore gentle movement and breathing practices that invite greater awareness of your body and senses.
-
Awakening the Senses: Notice the sights, sounds, aromas, textures, and sensations we often overlook.
-
Exploring Dark Chocolate: Discover the complexity of artisan dark chocolate through a guided tasting that encourages curiosity rather than judgment.
-
Connecting Within: Make space to notice what arises—thoughts, sensations, feelings, and perhaps a few surprises.
-
Welcoming Possibility: Reflect on your experience and explore what you'd like to carry into the new year, without the pressure of resolutions or expectations.
We'll also explore the fascinating science behind cacao, its potential health benefits, and the stories behind the chocolate we enjoy—from the farmers who grow it to the forests and ecosystems that support it. Along the way, we'll discover what to look for when choosing chocolate that's better for people and the planet.
You don't need experience with meditation, breathwork, or chocolate tasting. Just come as you are.
A Little Something to Take Home
The experience doesn't have to end when you leave the studio. You'll receive a thoughtfully curated gift.

Nichole Dandrea-Russert, MS, RDN
Plant-Based Dietitian | Author | Yoga Instructor | Breathwork Facilitator
Nichole believes nourishment extends far beyond the food on our plates.
As the founder of Purely Planted, she brings together nutrition science, mindful movement, nature, and everyday experiences to inspire a more curious, connected, and intentional approach to well-being.
With more than 25 years of yoga practice, Nichole has developed a deep appreciation for the power of slowing down, paying attention, and approaching life with curiosity rather than expectations.
Through her workshops, she invites people to pause, notice, explore, and experience what's unfolding—without judgment, without striving, and without needing to arrive anywhere in particular.
And sometimes, that exploration begins with something as simple (and delicious) as a piece of dark chocolate.
