Peanut Butter Brownie Bites Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter

  • 3 tbsps cacao powder

  • 2 tbsps hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 pinches salt

  • 3 tbsps maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsps water

Peanut Butter Brownie Bites Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  3. Blend until combined. Check the consistency—it should be moist and sticky, perfect for rolling into a ball!

  4. Carefully remove your food processor blade and, with clean hands, scoop approximately a tablespoon size amount into your hand. Roll into 1-inch balls, place on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Continue until you'll rolled all the brownie batter. Stop here and freeze for one hour or ...

  5. Uplevel the fun and nutritional value by coating them with your preferred toppings: Before freezing the bites, roll them into your favorite toppings. Prepare in advance by spreading topping ingredients, such as hemp seeds, crushed peanuts, cacao nibs, or shredded coconut, on a flat plate. Roll the mixture into a ball, coat the ball with your topping, place the bites on the baking sheet, and then freeze.

  6. Bring the bites to the refrigerator or room temperature before enjoying.
