Going Vegan? Do this ONE THING first.

If you’re considering eating a more plant forward or plant-based diet it’s definitely worth investing in a few cookbooks to inspire, learn and get creative.

There are tons of beautiful vegan cookbooks that are full of helpful tips and essential fundamentals for plant-based eating. Personally, I can’t have enough!

There are also lots of awesome resources online, but there’s something about having a beautiful hard-cover book on hand that makes cooking that much more fun.

They’re super helpful when getting started on the vegan journey, make for great table-top books and may inspire visiting guests to eat more plants! Here are some of my faves Isa Does It, The Plant Power Way, Food 52 Vegan, Thug Kitchen, Power Plates and Eat Like You Give A Damn. What would you add to the list?
