I'm Nichole, a registered dietitian nutritionist, media spokesperson, yoga instructor, and chocolatier who specializes in plant-based eating for the body and mind with a focus on food for mood, sleep, and hormonal balance. I love helping women implement lifestyle habits that help them feel their very best. I am also extremely passionate about eating more plant-based foods for the health of the planet. I'm a big believer that every little step towards health can make a big impact. Positive change starts small with just one little seed planted or one plant-based meal a day or one plant-based food added to your plate (not to mention, a daily dose of dark chocolate!).

3 Simple Tips to Start Eating More Plant-Based Today
Take it slow. Add one or two vegetables to your meals, experiment with one new plant-based recipe, or swap out a meat protein with plant-based protein this week.
